Position Title: QC Inspector POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control processes and possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
- Inspection & Testing:
- Perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, and finished medical devices.
- Conduct tests to verify product compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements (e.g., biocompatibility, sterilization, packaging integrity).
- Document and report inspection results, including measurements, deviations, and non-conformances
- Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any corrective or preventive actions taken.
- Assist in the preparation and review of batch records, inspection logs, and other quality-related documentation.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure that all products meet applicable regulatory and industry standards
- Identify any quality issues or non-conformances, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in internal and external audits, as required.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Actively contribute to the company's continuous improvement initiatives by providing input on quality processes and best practices.
- Assist in the validation and qualification of new equipment, tools, and processes.
- Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and R&D teams to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide support to the training of staff on quality-related processes and standards.
- Assist with the resolution of customer complaints or field issues related to product quality.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in basic math, including conversions between fractions and decimals.
- Capability to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and elevated areas.
- Ability to maintain a physical stance (sitting, walking, standing) for extended periods, with frequent bending and kneeling.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
