About the Role:As a QC Inspector in our manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Your attention to detail and ability to identify defects will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence. You will work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement.Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certification in quality control or a related field.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Identify and document defects, and work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
  • Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement in quality control processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensure compliance in all aspects of quality control.
