Job DetailsWe are seeking a passionate and experienced QC Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in low voltage, cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systems. The Quality Control Lead Technician is responsible for installing, training partners, and inspecting quality of work on a variety of low voltage solutions we off er our clients. As the QC Lead Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet our high standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with our engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure that our products are delivered on time and exceed our customers' expectations.Our desired candidate for this role has experience with Low Voltage Solutions (Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Fire/Burg)Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control inspections of all products and services
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
  • Identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure that quality standards are met
  • Train and mentor junior technicians on quality control procedures and processes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control inspections and findings
  • Participate in product design and development meetings to provide input on quality control requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control processes and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in low voltage, cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systems
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management system is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
