The quality control lab supervisor is responsible for ensuring that our cement products meet quality standards and are withing company, DOT, and ASTM guidelines. The individual will oversee all aspects of the quality control process, including testing procedures, data analysis, and reporting. The individual is responsible for training employees, assigning work tasks, and ensuring safety within the quality department. We are seeking candidates with: Knowledge of ASTM test procedures and standards for cement.
- Knowledge of quarry/mining operation activity/processes
- Broad knowledge of individual pieces of testing equipment and machines.
- Strong analytical skills utilizing spreadsheets, other computer programs and other tools to support continuous improvement manufacturing.
