We are seeking a Quality Improvement Analyst to join our team at our program. This is a remote position.Location: Remote (Open to Candidates Residing in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, VA)Earn: $55,000Position Details:Through the use of data, this position will improve consumer outcomes and experience at the micro and macro level. The position will use the data to influence key business decisions while driving quality improvement efforts such as population health, the correction action plan process, and the complaint and grievance process.Support QI efforts in areas such as consumer complaints and grievances, correction action plans, high risk notifications, and the incorporation of population health data and analysis into the PQI outcomes and process.Through the use of data, identify universal or emerging trends and areas of risk.Coordinate and manage responses and feedback to programs or payers in the appropriate timeframe.Develop reports and summaries for discussion with program management related to quality improvement initiatives.Support the development and implementation of improvement plans in response to identified areas of risk.Directly interface with individuals we serve and with internal and external entities.Escalate high-priority issues or risks, as appropriate, and monitor progress and results.Aggregate and analyze data to understand why problems occur.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for opportunities for improvement.Facilitate meetings and discussions with program management relative to quality improvement efforts and consumer satisfaction.Assist in the development/enhancement of technology infrastructure needed to support the databases.May serve as the project lead for assigned activities from the QCO workplan.Incorporate population health data into the PQI outcomes and process.Support operations with data collection and analysis.Apply today at: /careersRequisition number: 95756BenefitsMerakey offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, competitive compensation plans, and more!DailyPayWork/Life BalanceFlexible SchedulesCell Phone Discount PlansEmployee Referral BonusesTuition Reimbursement MembershipAbout MerakeyMerakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services. Merakey welcomes all Veterans to apply!QualificationsOur ideal candidate will possess the following skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.2 years of experience.Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively with staff as well as the individuals we serve.Strong organizational skills.Ability to extract meaningful information relative to improving overall consumer outcomes and experience.Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks or assignments.Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation is required.Knowledge of regulations, internal policies, and various services provided by Merakey is needed.Ability to work within tight timeframes.Fluent in Excel and other database platforms.Customer service experience preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
