**Job Description**

**Minimum Experience:: 10 years**

+ Good functional in-depth knowledge in INS domain with Agile delivery model

+ Hands on Experience in preparing Test Plan, strategy and present to the customer

+ Lead the team of system engineers, prepare testing plan for Functional, E2E & Regression testing.

+ Experience in Automation and drive the test strategy and execution plan.

+ Should have hand on automation experience in one of the frameworks (BDD/ **Karate** / Hybrid) using Java/Selenium.

+ Work with business team for UAT test plan and coordination

+ Participate in Release GO/No GO meetings to represent the QA status.

+ Should be able to drive the daily, weekly cadence calls with customer & internal teams.

+ Experience in Offshore - Onshore working model

+ Should be well versed with complete SDLC process, collaborate with development teams to drive resolution of issues

+ Ability to drive customer calls like scrum ceremonies, triage meetings.

+ Should have open mind set to learn and adapt to new challenges.
