Seeking a Qlik Developer to work on a hybrid contract role with a leading biopharmaceutical company, in Rahway, NJ or Malvern, NJ.Job Description:Gather business requirements and map to functional and technical designDesign and build data models, queries, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence tools adhering to established frameworks and standardsAnalyze a collection of raw data sets to create meaningful impact to large business customers.Ability to digest business and technology information and present that with sensitivity to business stakeholdersActively participate in and influence discussions around reporting requirements, infrastructure needs, and designConsistently deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions and services to clients on scheduleBring structure to ambiguous business problems and recommend visualization solutions that can be easily interpreted by usersFollow, maintain, and improve all documentation and procedures for report design and productionSponsor teamwork and encourage collaborationInfluence business process improvements by integrating data/tools with people/purpose.Provide thought leadership, best practices, and standards required to deliver effective solutions to clients.Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a business/reporting analyst, in a dynamic business environment, with demonstrated reporting, analytical, and database experience.3+ years Qlik development experienceProficiency on developing and modeling using Qlik Sense is must.Qlik SaaS/Insights/AutoML experience is a plusExperience with data modeling frameworks & techniques is a mustAWS experience is a mustWork experience in Pharma industry particularly in Clinical Trail space is a big plus.Self-motivated, well-rounded, analytical self-starter with ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, Agile team environment with aggressive deadlines, regular releases, and multiple prioritiesSound understanding of BI best practices/ methodologies; experience with relational structures, structured query language (SQL), data warehouse and reporting techniques.Capabilities include designing scalable data architectures, solution performance tuning.Strong analytic skills with the ability to gather, synthesize, and organize data to solve complex problemsExcellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with business and systems personnel
