Schedule: FT/ Morning /Evening 6a-2p, 2p-10p
What will you do as a QMAP ?
* Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship
* Assist in monitoring the medication program
* Setup and assist with self-administration of medication
* Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date
* Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents
* Encourage and assist with activity programs
Qualifications:
* Positive team player attitude and love working with people
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must have a Colorado QMAP certification
* Previous experience working Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC)
