Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Quality Analyst IV to join their team. As a Quality Analyst IV, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Job Title : Quality Analyst IV Location : Maryland Heights, Missouri Pay Rate : $45-$50/hr (flexibility for highly qualified candidates) Contract Length : Through July, with a high possibility of extension Employment Type : Contract, potential for full-time hire Role Overview: Design, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track software defects, bugs, and inconsistencies. Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of testing. Participate in software design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5 years of experience in software quality assurance. Proficient in SQL for data validation and testing. Experience with C# and familiarity with common QA tools. Experience working in fast-paced development environments and standard QA practices.
