We are looking for qualified individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, continuous improvement values, and a strong work ethic to join our team.If your goals and values align with Honda's, we want you to join our team to Bring the Future!About this Position:The Quality Analyst will be responsible for managing Honda QMS systems and procedures through auditing activities, tracking and reporting results, and support the ISO Compliance Representative for the department during ISO audits.Responsibilities include:* Analyze Honda QMS and identify potential non-conformances and countermeasure* Managing record retention and quality control systems and procedures* Prepare and participate in Internal and External ISO Audits* Perform sampling for quality verification* Manage MDRS and QICs systemsWho we are seeking:Required Work Experience:* 0-6 years' experience dependent upon education level, Manufacturing experience preferredRequired Education:* Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Administration or equivalent relevant work experienceDesired skills:* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs* Knowledge of Assembly Manufacturing environment* Knowledge of ISO standards* Project Management Skills* Ability to work within a team environment* Ability to communicate clearly to multiple layers of managementAdditional Position Factors:* Manufacturing environment- able to physically perform jobs on the assembly line. (Lifting >10lbs, walking/standing 8 hrs/day, etc)* Flexibility to work different shifts* Work OT as requested (
