**Quality and Customer Support Manager**

**Your responsibilities**
* QCS contact for all Beneo Inc. direct customers for all product lines.
* Oversight of US customer documentation process - including all information related to quality, regulatory, supply chain and legal entity documents.
* Work with PL QCS team to further improve the responsiveness to customer requests including defining what information is needed in order to comply with US FSMA requirements.
* Interact with QA/QC as needed to satisfy customer information requests and/or remediate customer problems
* Respond to customer questionaires
* Lead Beneo Inc. complaint management process in compliance with BENEO corporate quality process.
* Serve in role as PCQI for Beneo Inc. FSVP.
**Your Profile**
* Education: Minimum B.S. Food Science or related degree program
* 5 years working experience in the food industry preferably with customer documentation experience
* Understanding of US Food Safety regulations
* Good communication and organizational skills
