What You Will Do
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as they relate to Quality and Infection Prevention.
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Program and Infection Prevention Program for York General Hospital.
  • Develop, complete and submit reports as required by committees, affiliated organizations, regulatory bodies, and others as directed.
  • Serve as the Team Lead for Advancing Health Equity. Develop programs for Advancing Health Equity at York General.
  • Implement actions and monthly reporting for Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Programs and Medicaid Directed Payment programs. Ensure all thresholds are met as required.
What You Need
  • Must be an Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Nebraska with at least 5 years of acute care RN experience
  • Certifications in Infection Prevention and Infection Control and Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred or obtained within 3 years of employment
  • High level of detail, organization, the ability to utilize many portals of reporting and meet deadlines
