Job Description:

The Quality & Performance Monitor will conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, organizational policies, and service standards. Collaborate with the UM team to address any identified areas of non-compliance. Perform comprehensive audits of services to evaluate program effectiveness and adherence to quality standards. Provide detailed reports on findings and actively collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvement measures. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas of opportunity. Actively collaborate with stakeholders to address performance gaps and implement corrective actions. Ensure consistent and accurate organizational policies and service standards are implemented across all UM Division Programs. Provide guidance and support to staff on policy-related matters. Assist in developing and maintaining data management systems to support compliance reporting and decision-making. Generate regular reports on compliance, quality, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in developing and delivering training modules to ensure staff awareness and adherence to compliance and quality standards. Collaborate with the training team to address identified training needs.

  • Perform comprehensive audits of UM Division services to evaluate program effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide detailed reports on findings and actively collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvement measures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Actively collaborate with stakeholders to address performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate implementation of organizational policies across all UM Division Programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on policy-related matters.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data management systems to support compliance reporting and decision-making.

  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs to ensure staff awareness and adherence to compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the training team to address identified training needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance, quality, and performance issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of compliance requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans for new regulations, organizational policies, and service standards.
  • Proactively manage timelines.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Must adapt to the organization's technological platforms and strategic changes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Compliance, Quality Management, Public Administration) with four (4) years of experience monitoring compliance, quality assurance, or performance in a nonprofit or similar setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to undertake frequent and extended travel as required.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Must be able to drive and travel, as needed. Other requirements include daily use of various office equipment, frequent typing, and writing, as well as bending, twisting, stooping, climbing upstairs, and lifting to 15 lbs. of items that may be required to complete tasks. Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally and in writing to express and exchange ideas.

General office environment with moderate noise. This position is primarily sedentary and usually involves sitting, but it may include walking or standing for brief periods. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions.

Frequent computer use at a workstation for extended periods. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
