Available Position: (Safety Sensitive Job)
Primary Duties:
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Control of the NCPQ area including system and physical inventories.
- Approve and ensure the quality of information and data used within the team.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office tools to compile, analyze, and present data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of process changes.
- Assist in training team members on new processes and tools.
- Packaging - Assemble wood crates and metal racks, inspect & open wood and corrugates crates to be hung on shelves and any other related duties as necessary.
Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $19.00, based on experienceSchedule: Overtime may be required
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30am
Qualifications Required:
- Demonstrated advanced skill in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Internet usage. (Proficiency test will be administered)
- Must be able to travel occasionally to vendors/customers and have an excellent driving record and valid driver's license in accordance with Pilkington-AGR's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy.
- Must be able to work in temperatures like outdoors within the facility.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Proficient in the English language (verbal and written).
- Good customer relations and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able to work both independently and as a team member.
- Without assistance, must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing 35-45 pounds on average and up to 70 pounds on a frequent/daily basis
- Completes other duties as necessary.
Qualifications Desired:
- 1-2 years prior warehouse general labor experience.
- Forklift certification.
- SAP knowledge
- Working knowledge of departmental safety, quality and operational procedures.
