Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is On-Site at the location detailed in the job post.Job Description Responsibilities: Creation of data books for completed customer orders and maintain accurate records (MTRs, traceability, process control, functional tests, etc.). Create, update, and organize quality-related documents and records. Prepare inspection reports, maintain inspection records, and review supplier inspection records. Manage the approved supplier list, review supplier documentation, and coordinate with suppliers. Participate in the process of identifying, reporting, and resolving non-conforming products or processes. Independently handle complex projects and resolve quality-related issues. Support the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system. Facilitate communication between internal departments and external vendors regarding quality issues. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance facility safety and quality performance. Ensure compliance with NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of the requirements of a Quality Management Systems, MTR'S, Databook's and Non-Conformance Reports.
