Location: New Iberia,LA, USA
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide clerical support to the Quality Department.
* Mail out documents and maintain files for the QA Department.
* Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
* Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
* Compile and produce data books for customer equipment.
* Ship applicable documentation.
* Scan and file quality documents.
* Review quality-related documents, procedures, and instructions.
* Review industry-related documents (ISO, API, ASTM).
* Review work order-related documents.
* Review supplier documents.
* Collect work order-related information as needed.
* Review calibration certifications.
* Interact with and support managers and supervisors as needed.
* Generate and maintain quality reports.
* Support customer feedback documents.
* Assist with NCRs and RCA.
* Use of company standard quality systems (Intellexs, Max Maintenance, RigOffice, CEF, Teamcenter, Tracker).
* Attend meetings as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
* Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in Quality API or Oil and Gas Industry is required.
* Must be able to work onsite at the facility in New Iberia, LA.
* Microsoft Office knowledge required.
* Adobe Writer knowledge required.
* Quality Management knowledge required.
* Good organization and time management skills.
