If you have the required skill set, education requirements, and experience, please click the submit button and follow the next steps.Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is On-Site at the location detailed in the job post.ob DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide clerical support to the Quality Department.Mail out documents and maintain files for the QA Department.Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESCompile and produce data books for customer equipment.Ship applicable documentation.Scan and file quality documents.Review quality-related documents, procedures, and instructions.Review industry-related documents (ISO, API, ASTM).Review work order-related documents.Review supplier documents.Collect work order-related information as needed.Review calibration certifications.Interact with and support managers and supervisors as needed.Generate and maintain quality reports.Support customer feedback documents.Assist with NCRs and RCA.Use of company standard quality systems (Intellexs, Max Maintenance, RigOffice, CEF, Teamcenter, Tracker).Attend meetings as needed.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONSMust possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in Quality API or Oil and Gas Industry is required.Must be able to work onsite at the facility in New Iberia, LA.Microsoft Office knowledge required.Adobe Writer knowledge required.Quality Management knowledge required.Good organization and time management skills.JOB REQUIREMENTSOvertime may be required.Ability to manage tasks and prioritize.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Organized, detailed, and accurate in work assignments.
