We are proud to serve the best retailers around the globe with a complete end-to-end service from design to distribution.SHIFT: 6pm-6am (Mon-Wed) / 4pm-11pm (Thur) - Must be willing to work overtime as neededDuties and Responsibilities: Conduct visual inspections of raw materials, finished product and work in progress as requested and assist in resolving quality issues during production. Identifies and reports quality results and trends to Quality Supervisor. Promote a quality mindset and quality excellence approach to all activities. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) and work instructions to ensure consistent and accurate execution of quality control tasks. Record and document quality data accurately, including inspection findings and any non-conformities observed to Quality Supervisor on a timely basis. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including inspection stations. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing quality control tasks to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Recommend and assist in development of quality and standards and procedures Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of Management.Required Experience:
- High school diplomas or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and do math at a high school level.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Good communication and cooperation/team-work with coworkers and supervisors.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain good attendance.
- Ability to distinguish color and patterns.
- Work overtime and shifts as required to meet customer expectations.

- Regular attendance is an expectation of performance to ensure adequate staffing and meet expected productivity throughout the organization, employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule.
Working Conditions:
- Working conditions vary between different departments in the facility. All areas are not heated during the winter months or cooled during the summer months.
