JOB SUMMARY The Quality Assurance Associate will play a key role in ensuring that all products and processes meet quality standards. Responsibilities include inspecting incoming products based on specified requirements, documenting quality inspections, and promptly communicating any quality assurance issues to the warehouse manager, following organizational policies and procedures. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Follows quality control procedures to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. Inspect all incoming products according to their specification drawings. Stay up to date in employee training on quality control procedures and policies. Collaborate with managers to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and expectations. Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with all statutory, regulatory and safety requirements. Complete product put-away procedures to ensure stock is rotated. Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Previous work experience working in a warehouse environment or general quality inspection knowledge is preferred. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS Experience in Quality Inspection or related field Strong Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability work effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency with computers/software PHYSICAL DEMANDS The position requires frequent sitting, standing, keyboarding, carrying, and lifting. Employees may occasionally need to use ladders, climb stairs or ramps, crouch, kneel, stoop, and perform tasks requiring fine and gross manipulation. The role also involves occasional use of foot controls, pushing, pulling, and reaching, including overhead reaching. The position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects. WORKING CONDITIONS This position requires primarily indoor work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to heavy machinery.
