Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure our commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our research processes through thorough auditing and quality assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing Documentation: Review and audit protocols, reports, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Phase Inspections: Conduct real-time inspections of ongoing studies, providing immediate feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Facility Audits: Perform comprehensive audits across all departments to ensure full compliance with GLP and other regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and track audit reports, documenting observations and ensuring transparency in findings.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify best practices and opportunities for process enhancements to drive innovation and quality improvements.
- Training Development: Design and implement training programs for new and junior staff to ensure a strong foundation in quality assurance practices.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to support quality initiatives and represent QA interests.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant technical experience, including at least 2 years of auditing experience in a GLP-regulated environment.
- Certifications: Professional certification such as RQAP-GLP or ASQ-CQA is preferred.
