Job Title: Quality Assurance CoordinatorJob DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Coordinator will collect and analyze data, prepare charts and graphs for metrics and tracking, and schedule tests for all departments. You will be responsible for creating schedules, analyzing data, and tracking where defects originate.ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze data related to quality assurance.Prepare charts and graphs for metrics and tracking purposes.Schedule tests for all departments and create test schedules.Review and monitor metrics to track defect origins.Deliver schedules to the quality department and ensure adherence to timelines.QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Experience with quality management systems and quality assurance processes.Strong customer service skills.Ability to read and interpret spreadsheets.Effective computer skills for data analysis and scheduling.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in quality control is preferred.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to work both in an office setting and on the plant floor.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a mixture of office settings and the plant floor.
