Job Summary:
In accordance with the organization s mission, vision, and values , the Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all services meet the established standards of quality as outlined in Policy and Procedures.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Psychology or Criminal Justice

- Valid NYS Drivers License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage client visits utilizing personal vehicle.
- Ability to accurately administer and monitor drug tests with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with culturally diverse persons, staff and community service providers.
- Ability to multi-task, have good problem solving and time management skills and the ability to remain calm in crisis.
- Knowledge of OASAS, OMH, DOH, OMIG, HIPAA, CFR 42 regulations and other regulatory requirements.
Nice to Have Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree Psychology or Criminal Justice .
- Prior experience conducting audits & investigations.
