Job Summary:

Are you a detail-oriented quality enthusiast with a passion for driving excellence? Join a dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, where you'll support the Quality Manager in maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Audits: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and regulations. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Training & Development: Assist in creating and delivering training programs that enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Documentation & Records: Manage records, control documents, and oversee supplier management.
  • KPI Analysis: Collect and analyze quality KPIs, develop reports, and provide insights to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Analytical, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant role, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
  • Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO-9001 Quality System Standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Basic knowledge of root cause investigation methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and recommendations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to the evolving needs of the Quality Department.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments.
