Job Responsibilities: Under the general supervision and guidance of the Facility Administrator, this position will provide comprehensive continuous quality assurance measures related to all services provided at the Saleeby Center and ensure those services are delivered in accordance with the agency's directives and regulatory authority licensing standards.
- Ensures the facility, inclusive of all programs and health services, is compliant with all federal and state ICF/ID regulations.
- Serves as a liaison with all department heads within the facility to provide continuous guidance and training on regulatory compliance matters.
- In collaboration with the Facility Administrator, assists with the coordination of all admissions, discharges and transfers that occur at the Saleeby Center. Serves as acting Facility Administrator in absence of primary administrator. Oversees maintenance of vital records (electronic and paper) to ensure a quality records system.
- Serves as a chair or co-chair of the facility Risk Management Committee.
- Completes all Plan of Correction reports related to regulatory inspections. Maintains reports, plans of correction, license information, applications for licensure in an organized and up to date format.
- Provides quality oversight and guidance to regional centers to optimize survey success, training, standardization, and utilization of Therap and Incident Management System (IMS). Trend data submitted for timeliness and quality and communicate operations indicators/metrics to monitor areas of interest and/or improvement concerning adverse events.
