We've been doing this for a long time and we're not going to stop any time soon.If you want to love what you do too, come join our team as our Quality Assurance Coordinator!Our Quality Assurance Coordinator provides programmatic support to the department to ensure quality assurance monitoring. As our Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will oversee the Safety Committee and coordination of services within service sites to ensure outstanding quality care for the individuals we serve.Here is what you can do for Wabash Center as our Quality Assurance Coordinator:
  • Relay maintenance requests to appropriate parties via Agency-provides systems
  • Direct the completion of required safety drills
  • Provide back-up coverage for breaks and vacations to the front office
  • Ensure that employees of Wabash Center are properly equipped to conduct their job duties
  • Ensure DSP's and other staff are complying with Wabash Center's policies and procedures
  • Coordinate the maintenance of Agency Vehicles
  • Coordinate Agency Safety Committee Activities required by CARF
  • Assist the immediate supervisors with various administrative tasks to support the department operations
  • Utilize discretion and sound judgment to provide the best care possible for individuals served

  • High School Diploma / GED preferred.
  • At least 6 months of direct support service experience and/or working with intellectual disabilities preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License, transportation, proof of insurance and acceptable driving record.
