For over 50 years PSS has performed vital and important work - through its 10 senior centers, apartment buildings and affiliated programs, the agency touches the lives of over 1,000 people a day. As the Quality Assurance Coordinator, working closely with Circle of Care Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client, services and event data is entered, managed and maintained. This role functions will assure that the agency can access data for reports, measure progress, and effectively fulfill its mission. This role is vital in certifying that PSS is meeting the needs of New York City's older adults and family caregivers while maintaining PSS's contractual agreements.The work environment for this position is work from anywhere which provides the flexibility to work remotely from home, in the field, any of PSS offices or sites, etc. - with the understanding that there will be times your presence will be required for in-person meetings, events, etc.This position reports directly to the Circle of Care's Director of Dementia Caregiving.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter client and program data in a timely fashion into Salesforce and Excel.
- Work to assure seamless and accurate data migration, uploads, etc. between the various data programs.
- Generate various quantitative reports for managers.
- Work with supervisor to strategize ways to continually improve accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of the agency's metrics.
- Ensure other relevant staff are entering data uniformly, accurately and in a timely fashion
- Maintain up-to-date list of Partners, Contracts, MOU, agreements and licensures
- Assist Director in ensuring that data on prospective clients are captured, entered in databases, and tracked accordingly
- Work with necessary parties in completing quarterly and monthly reports
- Collect all Circle of Care's backup documentation and ensure their audit readiness
- Enter client intake information into Salesforce and ensure all monthly units are accurate
- Assist with paperwork and client registration as needed
- When necessary, provide clerical support to management and program staff
- Communicate with supervisor and other staff in a timely fashion and meet all required deadlines

- Comply with PSS Personnel Policy and other contractual regulations
- Attend Supervision and Team Meetings
- Additional duties as directed by Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience in data entry and working with contact databases, CRM systems, etc.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent Office Management Skills
- Experience working in a nonprofit preferred
- Excellent Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
