    • Coordinate and monitor quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
    • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
    • Conduct and oversee internal audits and quality inspections.
    • Collaborate with production teams to enhance food safety initiatives and operational efficiencies.
    • Manage corrective actions and process improvements following quality audits.
    • Document quality assurance activities and prepare reports for upper management.
    • Train and guide staff on quality control and food safety practices.Skill Set:
      • A Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
      • Ideal candidates will have a background in culinary regulation, hospitality supervision, logistical coordination, or food production.
      • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently.
      • Familiarity with food manufacturing processes, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
      • Knowledge of quality control systems, such as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and familiarity with USDA/FDA regulations.
      • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
