Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in looking for a Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist. This is a Temp or temp to hire position. This will be a full-time position.

**Hours** : 8:00am 5:00pm

**Pay** : $36.00-$42.00 an hour

**Job Description:**

As a Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all documents related to our quality assurance processes. You will manage document control procedures, maintain document databases, and facilitate document review and approval workflows.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and maintain document control procedures for quality assurance documents.

+ Establish document numbering and version control for efficient retrieval.

+ Coordinate the review and approval process for SOPs, work instructions, and templates.

+ Support compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO) and assist during audits.

+ Provide training on document control procedures and communicate changes to stakeholders.

+ Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality management system.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

+ Previous experience in document control or quality assurance within a regulated industry.

+ Strong understanding of document control principles and regulatory requirements.

+ Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Documentum, SharePoint) and Microsoft Office.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Pay Details:** $36.00 to $42.00 per hour
