General Job Description Quality Assurance Inspector Pay: Up to $20.00/Hour $1,500 Sign-On Bonus $2.00/hr. Shift Differental Company: Freeman Enclosure Systems Shift: Looking to fill position on all 3 shifts. Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly Freeman Enclosure Systems is searching for a Quality Inspector who can uphold the safety policies our company has created and oversee the production process to ensure that all products meet our high standard of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing inspection/testing on products at various stages of production to ensure that customer specification is being met and company quality standards are followed. Rate depending on experience Job Responsibilities: Perform inspections on the floor and where needed Repair, replace, & calibrate tape measures and gauges as needed Perform the assigned tasks Inspections Final Inspections Signing in/out of gauges for production Tank certification testing U/L Label placement All other tasked assigned by Q.M. or designee Assist in customer testing (sound, run, water, etc.) Maintain inventory of Q.A. related work materials (zip ties, tags, paperwork, etc.) Assist production with engineering/customer related issues or questions Any other task assigned by Quality Manager or designee Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings.
