Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with employees from the prior shift. Complete the daily inspection reports Check cycle times of production machines. Gather samples of product from machines in your designated area of production. Inspect all product in your designated area Weigh / gauge parts and document your findings. Notify technicians of defective product. Place tested product in designated scrap boxes by material type. Check lines in production as time allows. Knowledge of QSI in system and ISO procedures. Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

High school diploma and have the ability to calculate parts requirements Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Color vision within normal limits (according to Ishihara screen). Ability to work in awkward positions Minimum lifting of 25 lbs.
