Are you a driven leader with experience in quality assurance and upkeeping a high standard of Production? We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to supervise a team of quality inspectors, implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections and tests, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to address any quality-related issues.

salary: $22 - $26 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

+ Identify areas for improvement in the production process and recommend solutions to reduce defects, improve product reliability, and enhance overall quality.

+ Generate quality reports, metrics, and performance indicators (KPIs) such as defect rates, scrap rates, and yield rates.

+ Conduct periodic reviews of the quality team's performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve their skills and effectiveness.

+ Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify potential quality issues and implement solutions.

The essential functions of this role include:

+ working in a non-temperature controlled environment

+ manual lifting up to 25lbs

+ standing for 8 hours at one time
