Job Description:

Our client, a leading supplier of pipe, tubing, fittings, flanges, and related products in chrome-alloy steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, and nickel alloy steels, is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Quality Director and the Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong ethical integrity, creative problem-solving skills, and a commitment to shared values and accountability, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Lead

**Location:** Easton/Forks Township, Pennsylvania

**Pay Range:** $90,000 - $110,000

**What's the Job?**

+ Oversee daily management of multiple Quality Assurance programs.

+ Direct teams involved in inspection, testing, and certification activities.

+ Develop and revise quality assurance programs, including policies, procedures, and roles.

+ Design and write quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.

+ Define supplier requirements, develop supplier relationships, and manage Approved Supplier Lists (ASL).

**What's Needed?**

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.

+ Minimum of 10 years' experience in an ASME or certified program within power generation or energy industries.

+ Lead Auditor certification in accordance with NQA-1.

+ Piping industry experience preferred.

+ Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
