Your Day-to-Day
- Inspect customer parts, components, and assemblies against drawings and prints
- Prep and package daily shipments (domestic and international) following customer requirements
- Document non-conforming products (NCPs) and make minor repairs or rework as needed
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and Pomp's safety standards
- Sort and place racks/skids in designated holding areas
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently after completing Pomp's Forklift Training
What You Bring to the Table
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for spotting imperfections
- The ability to read customer drawings and prints
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reading comprehension and the ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Forklift experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, stretching, and reaching
