Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in quality roles within Life Science, Food, Pharmaceutical, or related fields, with a preference for microbial fermentation experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven team leadership experience and the ability to drive results in a quality-focused environment.
- Quality Systems Knowledge: Expertise in ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 systems; preference for candidates with Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) training and microbiology knowledge.
- Continuous Improvement Focus: Ability to challenge the status quo, prioritize effectively, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for candidates with 10 years of experience in a quality function.
