Job DescriptionGpac is working with a client company in eastern TN who is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for their food manufacturing facility! This family-owned company has been around for close to a century! - 3-5 years in food manufacturing (dairy or meat/proteins)
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- SQF Practitioner certification
- Experience in Food Safety Plan Development/HACCP
- State FDA certification, or willingness to obtain certification
- Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry or related field
