What you will be doing: This position will play a major leadership role in quality and food safety programs for our manufacturing and packaging plants, and our products. Please be motivated to learn all aspects of our lab facilities, and demonstrate a commitment to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, processes and product quality and reliability. Our preferred candidates will possess excellent technical knowledge of cheese and cultured dairy manufacturing. What we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field, and at least three (3) years' experience in food manufacturing, preferably dairy, in a supervisory or management role. Commensurate experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills, attention to detail, the ability to interpret and implement regulatory rulings, and excellent problem solving skills.
• Leadership experience that inspires team confidence and respect, as well as solid interpersonal, communication, and project management skills are required.
• A solid understanding of microbiology and food science with SQF experience preferred.
