We're seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee service quality for HVAC, generators, electrical, fire suppression, and telemetry systems. Reporting to the Director of Broadband Service, this role ensures vendor compliance, conducts audits, and drives excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate vendor services and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain quality control systems.
- Conduct service audits and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
- Assist with demand-related calls as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven QA experience (preferably HVAC/facilities systems).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
- Certifications (e.g., Generac, HVAC) are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
