Salary Range / Rate (Currency): 140,000-160,000 Annual base pay
Role Summary:- Ensure compliance with U.S. state laws and regulations by establishing, improving, and implementing local supplier quality management systems, store food safety management systems, and warehouse logistics quality management systems.
- Oversee the review and maintenance of local supplier qualifications and compliance, manage supplier onboarding and daily operations, conduct on-site audits, develop product specifications, and supervise quality improvement processes.
- Conduct random inspections of food safety at stores and warehouses, analyze systemic risks identified, investigate root causes, and track continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay updated on changes in U.S. state policies, laws, and standards, regularly collect and organize relevant food industry regulations, interpret and identify the standards and regulations according to relevant regulations and standards, and provide timely alerts and solutions aligned with business needs.
- Compile and summarize the daily quality and food safety management activities related to business operations on a monthly basis.
- Lead specific quality improvement projects, such as improving quality indicators and enhancing product quality.
- Conduct training for all personnel involved in quality-related work on standards and management requirements.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Food Engineering or Food Science.
- At least 10 years of experience in quality management systems within large food enterprises or major chain restaurant brand; prior experience in quality system audit and management in coffee, beverage and other food factories or large chain catering enterprises is preferred. Team management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with U.S. food safety and regulatory standards in F&B industry.
- Proficient knowledge of food production technology and quality management standards, food production quality management standards, FSSC22000BRCHACCPISO22000 and other related policies, regulations and system knowledge.
- Strong document drafting and editing skills, with the ability to review and optimize documents in alignment with food safety quality management systems and current business practices.
- Possessed with strong logical thinking, excellent communication and coordination skills, organizational and planning abilities, high responsiveness, and proactivity.
- English as working language and fluent in Mandarin.
