Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality standards for IT systems and services. This role ensures that all deliverables meet project requirements, compliance standards, and are free of defects before deployment. The Quality Assurance Manager plays a critical role in supporting the project's goal of maintaining and improving a key IT system, ensuring its reliability, security, and readiness for future challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• Master's degree (MA/MS) with 10 years of experience, or
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 12 years of experience.
• Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing quality in Army IT projects or similar environments using low-code platforms.
• Industry-recognized certifications and other professional credentials are highly desirable.

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

• Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
• Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
• Learns and memories routine tasks.
• Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
