As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will:

A week in the life of a Quality Assurance Manager:
* Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
* Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
* Provides group facilitation, interviewing training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.
* Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration or reengineering efforts.
* Provides daily supervision and direction.
Job Requirements
* Active Secret Clearance
* Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline
* Five (5) years of related experience to:
* Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systems
* Conduct quality assurance tests and quality audits
* Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation
* Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and provide recommendations to address deficiencies
* Oversee project team activities and monitors project taskings and milestones
* Coordinate activities among multiple project teams
* Supervisory experience
* Microsoft Office including proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
