Description:
Implementing and auditing the manufacturing quality strategy, food safety, process and program quality and regulatory compliance to ensure the continuous supply of safe, wholesome and premium quality products to customers.
+ Go into the box to look through the complaints coming in
+ Navigating emails
+ Going into the workspace to see the issues submitted by the baristas on the product issues
+ Organizing tickets
+ Go into the systems to pull the list of suppliers to pin point who needs help
+ Managing suppliers backend
+ Subject matter experts collaboration (SME)
+ Follow up on task completion
+ Highly collaborative with cross functional teams
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Degree or certifications required?:
+ bachelors degree in science (food science, biology) is required
Years experience?:
+ 2+ years - Bachelor Degree in Food Science or related science discipline
+ 3+ years - Associates Degree

+ Having a growth mindset

+ Food/product safety, HACCP
+ Tech savvy
+ Ability to work in a diverse group
+ Strong communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
+ Experience addressing the food/safety
+ Entilex or supplier management program experience
+ Coming from a vitamins/ pharm area
+ PCQI training from FDA is very nice to have
+ Food Safety training, HACCP
