  • You will plan, develop, organize, administer, evaluate, and manage a comprehensive contract quality assurance program for conforming contractor quality systems conformance to contract requirements.
  • You will identify and provide contractor availability, quality and management performance assessments to the contracting officer for use in determining future awards.
  • You will review work specifications and other contract documents to ensure adequate quality requirements are specified.
  • You will develop inspection system plans, instructions, and checklists to evaluate the effectiveness of the contractor's quality assurance programs.
  • You will provide and input quality data into the appropriate quality assurance database.

QualificationsGS-9: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: monitoring and evaluating contract quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with contract specifications for ship repair and overhaul.GS-7: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
