Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Specialist

Is it important to you that patients receive safe, quality care? Are you a detail-oriented leader committed to creating meaningful patient experiences? We are looking for quality assurance RNs ready to lead and serve.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing the CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) process for the agency and ensure regulatory compliance with federal regulatory requirements related to CAHPS. The Quality Assurance Specialist will assists and support all aspects of Quality Assurance, performance improvement and education for the agency, including processing of all grievances. Extensive travel required in the Southeast.

Qualifications:
  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Education: Associate Degree in related field required. Bachelors Preferred.
  • Experience: At least four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Required: Reliable transportation. Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing
