Duties - You will plan, develop, implement and maintain comprehensive process control programs of broad applicability designed to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of Contractor processes, including specialized processes.
- You will schedule, plan and conduct quality program audits of various contractor systems and processes.
- You will conduct contract reviews to determine quality program requirements and review the Contractor's procedures, practices, instructions and directives for contract compliance, completeness, adequacy, correctness, practicality, and conflicts.
- You will initiate appropriate level of corrective action including Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and corrective action letters for deficiencies identified during conduct of duties and plans for appropriate follow-up on corrective action.
- You will prepare written reports, memoranda and correspondence detailing results of assignments, makes oral presentations, and engages in discussions dealing with technical and quality matters.
- You will plan and conduct scheduled procedure evaluations for compliance and program operation adequacy.
- You will maintain, analyze and evaluate data resulting from reviews, evaluations, product verification inspections and audits.
- You will review, analyze and evaluate Contractor generated data and reports.
- You will perform Product Verification Inspection (PVI) and In-process Evaluation (IE) on the Contractor's manufacturing, fabrication, installation, testing, and inspection techniques for components, structures, and systems.

QualificationsFor the GS-11 Grade Level:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level
(GS-09) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
