Pay: $18.00-$22.00Shift: 7AM to 3:30PMLocation: 302 4th Ave SE, Mapleton, ND 58059While all location employees have seed quality as a major component of their jobs, the QA Supervisor is the common link that helps to ensure that our customers are pleased with the quality of the seed we produce. The QA Supervisor is responsible for conducting testing and monitoring all test results on all bin and bagged seed samples. The QA Supervisor works very closely with the Field Operations Manager to ensure that all samples have been received and tested. Other responsibilities may include but not limited to:Processes bulk seed samples to determine seed qualityRecords all quality data and lot status' in RICVisually inspect all finished seed lots to ensure acceptable seed appearanceProcesses and submits samples for quality lab analysisWorks with warehouse employees to collect samples for additional testing as neededMonitors finished crop quality results and initiates actions with location managers when problems are notedUpdates all Bulk and Bagged Lot status' in RIC Assist with implementing and maintaining the Quality Management SystemMaintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area Salary Description $18 - $22 per hour
