In this position, you will ensure quality control through visual and physical inspection of all field workmanship, you will maintain compliance to current specifications and promote Company products. You will schedule visits to customer sites completing all corporate assigned evaluations, leak calls, and repairs per priority status. You will also help with the training of contractor's as designated by the company corporate office. You may be asked to assist contractors or sales reps with roof measurements, lay-outs, and other requests. Your people skills will be very important as at times you will be working with customers after a claim has been made. The company will be giving you 30 days paid training at their corporate headquarters in Saginaw, MI, you will be put up in their corporate facility and given a vehicle while you are there. After they return from Saginaw, there will be a rep that comes into your territory to work with you or you may have to go into that person's territory to work with them for additional training (not a regular thing). At some point in your career, you may be the one asked to go into another territory to train a new rep. This training will help you become the company expert and these contractors, sales reps and customers will depend on you for training and advice. If you are mechanically, electrically or electronic minded, or have any construction/roofing experience, are self-motivated, articulate and present a professional image this could be a great opportunity for you to shine and grow. This is a physically demanding role that will have you inspecting and repairing Company roofing, you will be climbing ladders and at times working on your hands and knees and they need someone who can handles this and be happy doing a manual labor job. This position also requires up to 35% travel and they need someone who can live in the Indianapolis area, but this role covers, IN, IL, and OH. Needs people ASAP.Actual salary will be $50 - $55k depending on experience with occasional weekend overtime.
