Summary of Position:The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of products and services for Liberty Energy equipment. They will work closely with engineering teams and production teams and vendors to implement and maintain quality control procedures andstandards. A portion of this work will include equipment testing, material audits, training, and detailed documentation. As deviation(s) in the quality of products and/or services are recognized, the Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for working with all involved teams to document, address, and resolve the deviation(s) before releasing the product for service.Qualifications & Requirements:* Strong electrical and/or mechanical background.* Experience with welding procedures, coating processes, machining, hydraulics, low voltage, and medium voltage electrical circuits, print reading.* Ability to operate all types of Liberty Energy equipment.* Excellent attention to detail* Ability to create, maintain, and organize accurate records and information.* Five plus years of Liberty Oilfield Services and related business groups.* Self-motivated.* Completed education related to mechanical or electrical systems.Indicators & Attributes for Success:* Attention to detail* Ability to stay on task and follow through* Safety conscious* Customer/Client focus* Positive attitude* Prioritization & organizational skills* Accountability* Ethical practice* Strong team-playerPrimary Responsibilities:* Conducts product inspections and testing to ensure quality standards are met.* Monitors production processes to identify and address quality issues.* Collaborates with Engineering, Production, and Outside Teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future quality issues.* Maintains accurate records and documentation of quality control activities in Fiix, Oracle, and related Programs.* Communicates quality issues and recommendations to management and other team members.* Aids in training and mentoring other team members.* Participates in the correction of product quality deviations as needed.* Other Duties: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
