This organization is a clean infrastructure construction company for projects across the United States. The company brings integrated engineering, a qualified professional labor force and an expansive fleet of equipment to serve the needs of clients looking for a turnkey solution for solar and solar + storage projects. This company currently oversees more than 1 GW of operational assets and has 1.3 GW under construction, with 4.8 GW in the pipeline for construction in the coming years. They are looking to add strong military talent to fill Quality Assurance Technician needs for their Texas and Southeast regions.They are looking for candidates who will represent the company's quality program on the job site. This person will ensure that the quality standards are met throughout all construction phases. They will work closely with the Quality Site Manager to conduct inspections of civil, mechanical, and electrical work. This person will work on-site on solar projects for mid-term and long-term assignments including out-of-state projects. They will work directly with the construction team, subcontractors, and customers to ensure that all components in the PV System are installed per design specifications. This position is designated as a safety-sensitive position.They are targeting folks with military QA backgrounds who want to take their skills to the solar industry and learn.Base salary, plus overtime, a bonus plan, benefits, 401k and per diem.. This is a true 100% travel job. Projects can last 6 -10 months. You will have time to go home on some weekends throughout which the company pays for.
