Position: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Victaulic World Headquarters - Easton, PA
Reports to: Corporate Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Scope Responsibility to support the initiatives of the Global Quality Assurance Group. Primary duties include supporting PER product inspection, support of the ISIR System, and supporting the other Quality Assurance systems as further described below.
Responsibilities •Support Victaulic's Product Evaluation Request (PER) system by conducting lab evaluations of returned products for purposes of determining and documenting failure modes. •In the case of complex PER failure modes, interface with Quality and Application Engineering as appropriate to further investigate and determine evaluation methods. •Support Victaulic's first piece approval process (ISIR System). •Assist the Global Quality Group with day-to-day activities which may include data mining & analysis, product returns, dock audits, visual & dimensional inspection, report generation, Past Performance Analysis, and capability studies. •Serve as primary backup for the following administrative functions: the Engineering Change Control System (CCD System), the Product Evaluation Request System (PER), the 3.1 Material Certificate System, the Initial Sample Inspection Report System (ISIR), and DocuSign. •Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required (both written and verbal). •Self-motivated and desire to excel. •Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing work environment on a day-to-day basis.
QUALIFICATIONS: •A minimum of an associate technical degree or equivalent technical experience. •Possess mechanical aptitude with demonstrated examples of hands-on experience. •Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities. •Proficient in the use of electronic systems and software Microsoft Office applications. •Knowledge of the Victaulic product line is beneficial. •Fundamental knowledge of technical drawing interpretation is beneficial. •Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required (both written and verbal). •Self-motivated and desire to excel.
