Quality Auditor / Certified Forklift As a Quality Auditor you will perform quality audits on inbound/outbound shipments to ensure product quality, collecting data and testing materials and products. Must be forklift certified. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. LOCATION: Orangeburg, SC 29115 POSITION: Right to Hire PAYRATE: $22.00hr BENEFITS: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Term Life, Short Term Disability etc. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on quality-related data from the production line.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting from distribution damage, customer returns, and intercompany transfers
- Repairing damaged products and replacing defective/damaged packaging to maintain product quality.
- Performing quality audits to support diagnosis of quality issues.
- Performing quality audits on inbound/outbound shipments to ensure product quality.
- Reporting on internal quality process and product audits.
- Measuring dimensions of components/products to verify conformances to specifications, as applicable.
- Inputting accurate data while maintaining the integrity of existing formulas in spreadsheets.
- Sending monthly reports on various distribution data.
EXPERIENCE:
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be forklift certified.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP functions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read specifications and complete measurement analysis as applicable.
- Must have a good understanding of customer requirements.
- Knowledge of how to use hand tools.
- Moderate understanding of general blueprint and engineering specifications for identifying quality condition and specific part requests.
